Training on іproject proposals writing within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education Call 2026 (24.09.2025, Chernivtsi)
On September 24, 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine team held a training session on writing successful applications for the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) call for representatives of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (CHNU) aimed at strengthening the university’s international grant activity.
The event brought together about 50 participants, including academic staff and specialists from various educational departments, serving as a platform for professional dialogue on expanding the university’s participation in international EU Erasmus+ Programme calls.
Kateryna ZHDANOVA, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, delivered a welcoming speech and a presentation on the EU Erasmus+ Programme. She outlined the structure and key strands of the Erasmus+ Programme for 2021–2027, provided practical recommendations for preparing high-quality applications and forming partnership consortia, and highlighted opportunities for Ukrainian universities in the 2026 calls. Special attention was paid to the specific requirements of the CBHE call, partner search strategies, and navigating the Programme Guide.
The training aimed to develop a brief concept to crystallize project ideas for the university’s initiative groups, ensuring they meet all requirements regarding partnerships, priorities, and call objectives. Over the course of three hours, participants worked in groups and developed three project ideas, which were then presented and discussed for further feedback and recommendations.
